Ways For Men To Avoid Baldness

The hair is the men’s crown of glory. After all, hair is the best accessory for men. A well-kept and thick head of hair adds good face and confidence. To some extent, it adds character to your personality and forms your identity.

Here are ways to avoid baldness among men:

Be watchful on the food you eat

Your eating habits can make or break the thickness of your hair. Foods like fish, lean meats, and soy are high in protein that supports hair growth. Meanwhile, nuts and seeds are full of Vitamin E and healthy fats to provide your hair with oil. Moreover, spices like cinnamon when you add to your food can help provide necessary oxygen and nutrients to your hair.

Drink more water

Keep in mind that 25 percent of your hair is composed of water. So, when you experience dehydration, more follicles will become weaker.

Never forget to take your vitamins

Nutrient deficiency is a primary cause of hair loss for men aside from genes and medical problems. Taking enough vitamins can help prevent baldness. Taking vitamin A can help regulate the synthesis of retinoic acid of the hair follicles. Meanwhile, taking vitamin B can reduce the stress level that can cause hair loss and Vitamins C, D, and E will make your body maintain the essential nutrients.

Visit a hair expert

The best way to be well informed is to visit a hair expert. The hair professional can provide you a proactive and best solution before your hair loss gets worse. Stress management

Stress can lead to hair loss. High-stress levels can result in Telogen Effluvium. It is a condition that mostly hairs suddenly fell out from your head. Sometimes stress can lead to trichotillomania. It is a situation where pulling of hair out of his scalp becomes a habit of relieving or escaping from stress. 

Control yourself from smoking and drinking

Often smoking and alcohol become a habit for men when they are at a high level of stress. Smoking can affect blood flow and result in damage to hair follicles. Drinking alcohol can cause dehydration and nutrient deficiencies.

Keep yourself in regular exercise

Do you know exercise does not only make your body fit but also make your hair great? Exercise can relieve stress and promotes good blood circulation and affect your hair growth positively.
