I could definitely see myself working out in the fitness centre, and the building also has a sauna.
The Ivy
The Ivy is a great place for people with kids. It has a playground for the little ones, and adults can relax in the meditation garden or get some work done in the business centre. There are 498 units available, and one of the best features is the floor-to-ceiling windows throughout the building so everyone can enjoy the great views.
Icon South Beach
Icon South Beach is 40 stories, and residences range from one to six bedrooms. There are nine different floor plans to choose from, so you don’t feel like your neighbours will have the exact same apartment as you. If I lived here I would never need to leave, since the building features a business centre, cafe, library, spa, and gym. There are also two infinity pools to choose from, and the walk-in closets could handle even the largest shoe collection.
Muse Residences
Muse Residences is a more intimate living experience, and there are just two apartments on each floor. There are both two and three bedroom apartments available, and this building is in an excellent location for people who like to enjoy the Miami nightlife, great shopping, and the best restaurants around.
Marina Blue
Marina Blue is located in Park West, and there are 515 unit residences and lofts to choose from. These apartments all have water views, massive walk-in closets, European-style kitchens (for people who like to cook), and lush bathrooms with marble floors and double sinks (sign me up). The gym is on the oceanfront, so you can work out while enjoying some of the best views around. There’s also a business centre, yoga room, and volleyball court.
