Petrol and diesel are far from the only choices people have when buying their next car today, as an infographic by British motor retail dealership Motorparks has captured the diverse market that now exists for alternative fuel vehicles.
Electric- and hydrogen-powered cars are the most recognisable forms of alternative fuel vehicles, with their popularity peaking in recent years. As well as charting the recent successes of both concepts though, the visual shows that their inceptions can be tracked all the way back to the early 1800’s.
